Is this event for you?

If you are a school leaver, or a student coming to the end of their degree, and looking to enter the world of employment then this event is definitely for you! Take the opportunity to meet with a range of different companies and find out what they look for and value in employees - talk with Talent Scotland, Adopt an Intern and Job Centre Plus to discover the wonderful job opportunities and work experiences that they have to offer - network with people who have started their own company and realise the huge potential that the Highlands have to offer!

If you are looking to extend your learning path then take the time to explore what UHI has to offer; or if you are looking to broaden your skill base come to chat with Eden Court Creative about their huge range of courses.

Maybe you are a teacher who wants to ensure relevance in the classroom? Come along to speak with local employers and global organisations to explore how you can better prepare your pupils for life after education.

Maybe you just want to build excitement for the official Inverness Monster Science Festival, taking place from the 16th to 24th of June? We have great activities from LifeScan and Glasgow School of Art Centre for Design Innovation to help us introduce this years theme of dispelling myths of food and drink, but with the twist of adding technology to the mix!

Or perhaps you just love LEGO, or iPads, or Microsoft, or App development, or, like me, maybe you just love the Highlands - whatever motivation you have for joining us on the 2nd of June you can be sure there will be something there to capture your imagination!

Come along to Eden Court on Saturday June 2nd to secure your 'learn something new' for that day.
