On Saturday the 2nd of June, HI-SGIL will seek to give people across the Highland region an insight into local industry and the possible paths to careers in such industry.

Demonstrating how different industries run and highlighting the fact that career paths are not always obvious has become a global priority, the forefront of such is emphasising the need for lifelong learners who are able to adapt to different roles with ease and confidence. Cathy Davidson states in her new book, Now You See It, that this years primary 1 class will enter jobs that do not yet exist, and that within the next 20 years a 'job', per se, will no longer exist - people will have highly flexible, ever changing careers.
